1 You hold the position of Sales Manager of a Company and have called a sales meeting to introduce a new product to your Company’s range.
2 Set out a plan – using any product you like – which shows the group exactly how you would handle this assignment.
3 Treat the group as your sales team and carry out your plan. Use any of your own ideas you rate as applicable.
4 Preferably, choose a product from your own Company since this approach may help you to use sales literature and any other material you feel applicable.
